My Attitude of Gratitude
Time to take a breath, look around, count the ways.....
I live an abundant life.

Every day, I am fully aware of all the good my life has put in front of me. I thought - "I got this gratitude thing down." But then, Kari Yasi and my friends at the SheBreathes Collaborative presented me with a 7-day Gratitude Journal challenge. Simple, right? Just take a few moments each day to write 10 items in a notebook:

I am grateful for............ because.......... ..

OK. Peer pressure - Each morning I took out the 5mm mechanical pencil (my favorite writing tool) and used my best handwriting script to write down the 10 things for which I was grateful.

Everything you may have heard about the power of attraction proved itself true to me. It became so very clear that, as my friend, Maria Salomão-Schmidt , says - "Whatever controls your focus, controls your life ." Everything that I focused upon became more clear and more abundant.

Today
I am gratefu l that the work that I do allows me to connect with some of the most interesting, kindest, and most talented people ever.... because , as a life-long learner, I am constantly enriched by those around me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

This month, I started thinking hard about how we, as business owners can use this "Attitude of Gratitude" and the "Law of Attraction" in our work, our professional relationships, our online presence. I am sharing a bunch of articles to support this idea. I'd love to talk about this more with you sometime.
