Hello Friends,

shelf awareness We want to let you know that starting this Friday, you'll be receiving a newsletter from us entitled Shelf Awareness.  It's a really great resource we use here at the bookshop to keep us informed about new books coming out, trends in publishing and reading, and fun book-related news, and we're excited to be able to share it with you.  We read their daily version for those in the book business, Shelf Awareness: Daily Enlightenment for the Book Trade, pretty much religiously.

Shelf Awareness for Readers comes out on Tuesdays and Fridays and the special Maria's Bookshop version links right up to our website (pretty fancy, huh?).  We hope you'll enjoy reading it, and want to assure you that it's easy to unsubscribe if it's not for you.

We'll still send out our regular store newsletter every couple of weeks or so, full of information about upcoming events and other locally-rooted stories.  Just so you know, unsubscribing from Shelf Awareness won't remove you from our email list.

We'd love to hear what you think--don't be shy!  Please send your feedback our way via libby@mariasbookshop.com.

Happy Reading!
