New Year's Resolutions 2018!
Merlot’s New Year’s Resolution:

“Be less intense…when I get adopted, I will not perch on my human’s chest in the middle of the night and stare into her eyes until she wakes up.”
Luke’s New Year’s Resolution:

“Be on my best manners… including always asking politely for a treat, even when I’m feeling impatient!”

Volunteer Spotlight
Larry Starkey
Meet this month’s Volunteer Spotlight – Larry! Larry has been a volunteer for over seven years and has provided almost 700 hours of service! Larry contributes as a lead volunteer in the cattery, socializing the cats who are most stressed in the kennel environment. He also mentors new volunteers, showing them how to interact with cats safely and calmly! Larry has also helped with PetsWALK and volunteered at information booths. Larry says, “I am impressed with the concern for animal welfare shown by the staff and volunteers. It is a joy to be associated with these people.” Thank you, Larry, for all you do!
