Each year, the International Essential Tremor Foundation (IETF) awards grant funding to research that brings us closer to answers and keeps hope alive for people with ET. This is only possible because of you.

We've just awarded funds to a study  exploring the development of a drug that mimics how low doses of alcohol can suppress the effects of ET, but with more targeting to try and avoid adverse effects found with other medications used for management of ET.  Click here for more info on the study.

Thanks to your generosity and that of the ET community, the IETF has awarded over $800,000 to date in grants toward similar research initiatives. There's optimism for the future based on these projects, but still much work to do.
