MARKET UPDATE 
People ask us, "How's the market?" We answer with, "it's a little crazier than normal."  Listings that check most of the boxes for the current wave of buyers are flying off the shelves. Everybody wants in at the shore. It's challenging to forecast the activity in a secondary home/barrier island market. Nonetheless, there are signs of a robust market for those of us in the market every day. 
   
In addition to resales and new construction, there is an extraordinary amount of investment being done on infrastructure.  Demolition and rebuilding is occurring on almost every street!   Renowned builder Eustice Mita, has announced a new beachfront master piece to be built at 2517 Wesley Avenue in Ocean City.  2 new hotels are slated to be built in Ocean City at the corners of 10th & Ocean and 11th & Ocean.

For those sellers who did not take advantage of the start to the busy fall market, we recommend that you take photos of the greenery and flowers around your potential listing NOW; these photos will serve you well when you go on the market in the winter. Remember - the spring market starts in January at the shore.
