Love Also Means Self Care
by Christina Kuepper
With Valentine's Day, we often think about our loved ones and do sweet things to show them how much we care, but what about ourselves? When was the last time you really took care of your body? ...your mind? ...your spirit? Often times we focus so much time and attention on our children, our spouse, our parents, that we forget to take care of ourselves....there just isn't enough time, right? How many of you exhaust yourself to make sure your kids have the best they possibly can, yet you, yourself are too busy making all of that happen that you don't have time for yourself each day? What are you teaching your children? That you don't matter? That life is about focusing on others' lives to an extreme and at the expense of your own? That you'll take care of your own health....later, if there's time? A good, healthy life requires balance.
What would happen to your family if you got really ill? It is well documented that stress can wreak so much havoc in the body yet it is rarely addressed on a consistent basis: interrupted sleep, back and joint pain, G.I. disturbances, decreased metabolism, weight gain, weakened immune system, exhaustion...to name a few, and that doesn't include all of the mental and emotional repercussions. Why wait until faced with a serious problem?
Believe in "the oxygen mask principle": Put your own "oxygen mask" on first so that you are then able to help others. Make an appointment to get your own body in balance....especially your hormones. Make sure you are detoxing heavy metals and environmental toxins properly. Drink plenty of clean water and rest. Your body will reward you with more energy, greater self-confidence and surprising vitality. You are a human being, not a human doing.......and you are precious and worthy of excellent self-care. Be the healthy example for those you love....it just may be the most important gift you give them.

The Healing Power of BioPhoton Light
Sunday, February 7th
Edward Smith Library
3 Old Post Road, Northford, CT 1:30-2:30pm
What if there was a system with the ability to cure all diseases? What if I told you, you already have one...in your own body! Not quite in working order and overwhelmed by the thought of having to fix it yourself? Don't be! Christina Kuepper will present this cutting-edge modality.
A Dutch inventor has already created and amazing instrument, the Chiren, to simply bring your body back into balance so it can cure itself...and he built it 30 years ago! It has been used successfully throughout Europe and Asia helping thousands of people heal.
The body is incredibly efficient at healing itself, but this healing force has been diminished by environmental pollutants, childhood vaccinations, food poisoning, etc. The Chiren helps the body unblock its innate healing energy very quickly...with no side effects!
Join us for an evening that will turn some of your beliefs upside down. Among the things you will learn are:
- What whiplash and appendicitis have in common...and how it hurts you
- Why your frozen neck or shoulder may be caused by food poisoning
- 3 things you can do to protect yourself from spin inversion
- Why your chronic pain may actually be caused by a meridian that is simply out of balance
- Why 70% of the population has appendicitis and doesn't know it
- How your cell phone affects your nervous system and what to do about it
- See if you can taste what BioPhoton light does to wine/water
A brief demo will show you how simple, yet ingenious this system is, and why people are claiming it is 5th dimensional healing...the future wave of medicine. After the 1-hour presentation, Christina will stay to answer questions.
Christina Kuepper, as a speaker, has addressed medical, educational, religious, and spiritual groups all over the United States. She has helped thousands of people recover from diseases as diverse as cancer, heart disease, bi-polar disorder and chronic pain. Christina works in four states: CT, MA, NY and NJ

A weekend seminar with Khentrul Rinpoche
Feb 20 & 21, 10am-noon & 2pm - 5pm
Waters Edge Resort and Spa
1525 Boston Post Road
For the first time in three years, Khentrul Lodrö T'hayé Rinpoche will give a public teaching in Connecticut.
Khentrul Rinpoche will reveal some remarkable and little known methods for transforming adversity and cultivating greater well being in our daily lives. The vast majority of us have never even considered using such tools to transform our experience. This unparalleled approach is directly relevant to the modern challenges we face. The teaching is based upon a pith instruction written by the 3rd Dodrubchen Rinpoche (1865-1926), one of the most outstanding Tibetan saints of his time and teacher to many great masters. These gems of advice are priceless and inexhaustible treasures that will enable us to overcome adversity and create more happiness in our lives and in the world. We invite everyone to attend.
Suggested donation is $55-75 per day or $110-150 for the weekend.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds. (This covers the cost of the venue and travel for Rinpoche.)
