THANK YOU!

Our Toronto Boat Show team would like to thank all exhibitors for their hard work and cooperation during the time leading up to the show, move-in and the 10 days of the show.

It is our pleasure to work with you each year!

We rely on many temporary staff throughout the two weeks. They deserve a sincere "thank you," as well.

Thank you, also, to our collaborative boat show committee, our generous 2017 sponsors, and exceptional feature presenters.

We are most grateful to each and every one of you who lends your talent and support toward the production of North America's largest indoor boat show.

We wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous 2017, and look forward to working together on a successful 2018 show.

Have a safe trip home. We'll "See you on the water"!

MOVE-OUT
Please Help Remove Benches

Throughout the show, there are 100 aisle benches, courtesy of Honda Marine. Please assist with a smooth move-out by moving them into your space when the show closes today.

If exhibitors move benches closest to them into their exhibits at 6pm, the carpet crew can remove aisle carpets quickly and efficiently. Benches will be collected during the evening.

PLEASE ALSO REMOVE GARBAGE

During move-out, we also ask that you take as much of your garbage, waste and recyclables as possible with you - skids, crates, large carpet rolls or pieces, etc. Your cooperation helps keep facility costs down, and prevents the need of passing on these expenses.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES
2017 Exhibitor Survey - Have Your Say

We welcome input and ideas about the boat show at any time in person.

The post-show Exhibitor Survey will be emailed shortly, and is also a good opportunity to share ideas to help improve the show for exhibitors and attendees alike.

We thoroughly review all comments and ideas, placing a great deal of value on each exhibitor's input!

Boaters Take the Helm at HOST Clinics

The Discover Boating Hands-On Skills Training (HOST) program is designed to make close quarters boat handling a breeze.

For the third year in a row, this popular feature at The Lake was enjoyed by new boaters and seasoned skippers throughout the course of the show.

More than 85 boaters took the helm during HOST clinics, learning pro tips aboard two Princecraft Brios, powered by Torqeedo.
Please Leave Underground Parking
for Weekend Boat Show Customers

In consideration of your customers, we ask that exhibitors refrain from using underground parking this weekend.

This will assist in providing the public arriving at the show the most positive experience possible before entering to see your products!
Final Tag & Tow Advisory

Unauthorized vehicles in the east and west docks will be tagged.

Vehicles parked on Manitoba Saturday and Sunday will be tagged and towed.

Help us to help you! We all want a smooth, efficient move-out, and illegally parked vehicles will impede the flow, causing move-out delays and frustration for everyone.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES
Take a Break in the Exhibitor Lounge

Open 9am to 5pm, featuring daily soup, salad and sandwich specials, the Exhibitor Lounge is located in Salon 102 (just west of the Show Office).

For the convenience of exhibitors, it is equipped with computers and internet access, free of charge, courtesy of our sponsors - Wells Fargo and Boatdealers.ca.

NEW THIS YEAR: We have added a microwave to the Exhibitor Lounge for your use.
First Aid Procedures

Two full-time paramedics are on duty each day, circulating throughout the boat show, ready to assist in case of a medical emergency. They carry radios, and are in constant contact with boat show staff.

If an emergency requiring paramedics arises, please do one of the following:
  • Contact a boat show staff member, who will radio the paramedics to come to the required location.
  • Call the Show Office at 416-263-3185, who will radio the paramedics to come to the required location.

If the situation is non-urgent, you can also direct the individual to the Show Office (Salon 103), where paramedics can meet them.
