Greetings!

This Valentine's Day, show a little extra love by sending a child to school. You can give the gift of education to any of our children starting at $30 a month. Open your heart to these talented students and give a gift that lasts a lifetime. Not only can you donate toward sending a child to school, but you can also help provide Afghan children with coal for the winter, give the gift of a vaccine to a child in Yemen, or provide the children of Kermanshah with a safe classroom.

This Valentine's Day, skip the flowers and chocolate and give a gift that changes lives.

In response to the devastating humanitarian crisis in Yemen, Child Foundation is calling our community to action to help children in need. Child Foundation is collaborating with Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) toward relief efforts in Yemen.

Child Foundation funding will support MSF's programs to help improve the current humanitarian crisis that is taking place in Yemen. Among these efforts will be cholera prevention campaign, cholera and diphtheria vaccination, intrapartum care, and inpatient pediatric care. This will include medicines, medical supplies, and equipment toward these efforts.

Join Child Foundation and donate to ensure Yemen is not forgotten. Your contributions will be used to help the future of Yemen – its children.

Child Foundation
& SMA Patients
Child Foundation worked with Mina Ghofrani to successfully deliver funds that were raised for Radin, a one year old Iranian boy suffering from spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Through Facebook and other fundraising platforms, Ms. Ghofrani was able to raise more than $700,000. As trustee, Child Foundation received all Facebook donations and through its OFAC license sent $600,000 to the hospital Radin was admitted to in Belgium.

Child Foundation is currently working to raise funds for Roham and Ali , two other children affected by SMA. Spinraza, a drug approved by FDA in December 2016, is the only medicine used in treating SMA with promising results in helping to regain muscle movement in patients. However, the medicine is incredibly expensive.

Please donate and help these kids know the joy of movement and life. You can also donate to Roham 's Facebook fundraiser here and Ali 's Facebook fundraiser here .
Save the Date!
Child Foundation will be holding its annual Nowruz Bazaar on March 17 and 18. Stay tuned as we send you updates and event details in the coming months! Please contact us if you would like to participate as a vendor, sponsor, or volunteer.

Zeinab is a 10-year-old girl from Zabul, which is in a region filled with deprivation. She does not have her father in her life and lives with her mother, brother, and sister. The lack of a breadwinner has created many problems for Zeinab's family. Zeinab's mother lacks professional training and is unemployed and has a difficult time providing for her two school-aged children and toddler.

Zeinab needs support to study, develop, and create a brighter future for herself and a path out of poverty. A better tomorrow needs an educated, independent, and strong Zeinab.

Upon reviewing Zeinab's case, Child Foundation is honored to grant this talented student with a monthly $50 scholarship to allow her to pursue her education. Join us in creating a better tomorrow and lowering compulsory school dropout rates.

You can be one of Zeinab's heroes starting at $30 a month by clicking here .
