Empowered Alumnae Speaker Series
Nutrition: Fact or Fiction

Nutrition and health information is confusing! Research seems to always be changing, and everyone has an opinion about food: what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, etc... Let's break down the trends and chat about what's real, what's not, and how to tell the difference.

Make an Impact This Year with the Torch Society
All alumnae are encouraged to join the Foundation's elite giving society with a donation of $250 or more to our Annual Sisterhood Fund. Participation in our Torch Society signifies a dedication to uphold the legacy of SDT and a commitment to support the educational needs of our sisters.

Gifts can be made as a one-time donation or you can spread your impact out across multiple months with our monthly giving option. Initiate monthly giving today with a gift of $31.25 and you will reach Torch Society level this year! Give online: https://sdtfoundation.givingfuel.com/sisterhoodfund

Together, we will continue to carry the Torch-lighting the way with leadership, scholarship, and educational opportunities to extend the legacy of our sisterhood.
Another academic year has come and gone for most of our chapters, and we are so excited to welcome over 1,700 alumnae this spring! Check out our great  tips for young alumnae .

I wish you all a wonderful summer and hope you enjoy some "me" time, along with keeping up with your busy activities with friends and family. It's been a pleasure serving as the Alumnae Relations liaison and getting to know so many sisters from near and far!
