Silver Sluggers Winter Schedule
Please find below more details on our full winter weekly schedule starting on December 2-3 with our first team practices. All Open Gyms and Sluggers Skills Academy Clinics are completely optional. Our purpose is to give our players and families numerous options to for baseball training during the winter.

Team Practices- Saturdays/Sundays Starting December 2-3
Our full winter schedule will be starting on Sat/Sun, December 2 with our first team practices.
- Team practices are not mandatory to attend, but we highly recommend that you try to attend these practices as much as possible.
- If another sport, family event, or activity conflicts with your team practice time, you may attend another age group practice. Please contact [email protected] if you have a conflict and would like to attend practice at an alternate time.
Open Gyms- Mondays (6-9pm) and Fridays (5-7pm)
Our Open Gyms are Mondays and Fridays starting December 4 at the American Center. Open Gyms are definitely not mandatory, but times where our players have access to two batting cages at the American Center for hitting, throwing, fielding. These times are monitored by a Silver Sluggers staff, but not coached. Players can use this time to work out with their teammates and parents for extra work on their fundamentals during the winter.
Sluggers Skills Academy- Tuesdays & Wednesdays (6-9pm)

Sluggers
Small Group Pitching/Catching/Hitting Clinics are up and running in Middleton, and start on Wednesday Dec 6 at the American Center. For those not familiar with our small group training sessions --
- Exclusive to Silver Slugger Players, and special discounted price of $10 per hour of clinics
- Clinic plans developed coached by our expert Silver Sluggers coaching staff

Additional Training with UW Health Sports Performance
We are finalizing details on additional sports performance strength and speed training during the week, to supplement our training on Saturdays/Sundays. This training will be a greatly reduced price and available Monday-Friday at various times.
