23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

When I first learned of this program, I IMMEDIATELY went out and joined THREE health clubs-YES 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was around to first of June and I think I have attended ONE club TWICE since!!??

Beloved, HAVING the benefit and DOING the benefit are TWO separate things!!!
Sadly, too often, I have people seeking my help, comfort and advice, that deep in my spirit, I too well "know" they are merely seeking EXCUSE.
They want the help, they desire the benefit, but have NO intention of actually changing/doing.
Too often, WE know WHAT to do and HOW to do, but DON'T! OUCH!!!
