Mathilde's Mentionables
Women's League has an ongoing chesed project, named in honor of our founder, Mathilde Schecter. We are collecting new and gently worn -- clean and looking new -- bras of all kinds to donate to shelters or for natural disasters. All types of bras are welcome, including sports, nursing, and mastectomy bras. To initiate this project, we will be collecting these items to distribute to women in homeless and battered women's shelters in the Seaboard Region at Convention 2017, which Judy Meyer and Rima Riedel will attend from  July 23 to 26 . We will have a labeled container and poster in the lobby shortly.
