Cost: Starts at $159
Pre-Trip Meeting: Jan. 18 at 6:30 pm at St. John's, after Gathering Meal.
Deadlines
Jan. 11: Register using link above. I submit these to the agency the next day.
Jan. 18: Full payment due at pre-trip meeting. You may submit an estimated payment earlier. The travel agency will provide a final total after the Jan. 11 registrations.

What $159 covers:
  • 1 nights hotel lodging at Microtel East Beckley, w/continental breakfast
  • 2 days ski rental at Winterplace (Friday night and Saturday)
  • 1 lift ticket, night session at Winterplace (Friday Feb. 20)
  • 1 lift ticket, day session at Winterplace (Saturday Feb. 21)
  • 1 meal voucher for lunch on the slopes on Saturday
  • Complimentary lesson with each paid rental
Upgrades and Discounts
Snow boarding: +$28
Helmet rental: +$4/day
Pants/Bibs rental: +$9/day
Non-skiers/snowboarders (for tubers and lounge bums): -$128.50
Fri. night tubing: +$26.50
Sat. tubing: +$38.50
Non-renter (need lift ticket, using own ski/board): -$48.00

When you register (link above), indicate if your child will be doing an activity one day but not the other. We also have some ability to modify activities on the mountain. So, if your child tries skiing on Saturday night, hates it, and needs to switch to tubing or snow boarding, given availability we can make that switch.

Meals
Friday dinner: fast food on the road, bring money
Saturday breakfast: continental at hotel, free
Saturday lunch: lunch voucher included, free
Saturday dinner: on the road, bring money

Our annual registration form. You may have already completed one. John Simpson will let you know if you haven't, or you turn it in anytime if you know you haven't.
These are what the resort ski fitters will use to outfit skiers and boarders. We will complete these together at the Jan. 18th pre-trip meeting so I can help answer any questions.
