Ingredients:
 
4 Beef Short Ribs
Mustard
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 Cup Apple Juice
1 Garlic clove crushed
 
Dad's Rub

Small
Large
Giant
Season Salt
1 T.
1 C.
2 C.
Lemon Pepper
1 T.
1 C.
2 C.
Onion Salt
1/2 tsp.
2 2/3 T.
1/3 C.
Celery Salt
1/2 tsp.
2 2/3 T.
1/3 C.
Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp.
1 1/3 T.
2 2/3 T.
Black Pepper
1 tsp.
1/3 C.
2/3 C. 
 
"This recipe takes a bit more care so be prepared to be around the smoker with a good book and beverage for an afternoon.

Smother the ribs in mustard and coat the ribs in rub as desired. I like a lot of rub on these ribs so that it gets a nice bark
 
In a Ball jar, mix the Worcestershire sauce, apple juice and about a tsp or so of rub. This will serve as your mop."

Ingredients:
 
2 Pounds raw shrimp
1 Lemon
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Pound Melted Butter
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Dad's Rub to flavor (See chart above.)

"I start by defrosting the shrimp in a colander under running water and peeling the shrimp. Next add rub to your desire and mix on to the shrimp. I like a little more coating on the shrimp. Don't cover it completely but you want enough that all of the shrimp have good flavor.
 
In a separate bowl, mix together the Worcestershire Sauce and melted butter. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the bowl. (Save the lemon).

"I bought my 1500 SmokinTex Smoker at Foreman's General Store in Colleyville. Tx. I have loved it since the 1st day I smoked in it. Best I have ever owned! AWESOME SMOKER!!!!
Now the best part of being a Happy Customer with a product you love.....CUSTOMER SERVICE...I had an issue on Thursday morning while smoking 4 racks of ribs.....the smoker quit!!! No heat???

I called the 888 number and Mary answered and was polite, professional and truly wanted to help me determine what was wrong. Ultimately "Diz", company VP, spoke with me and suggested changing the burners and as long as I was at it, change the thermostat too.

Within 3 hours, Pronto Delivery was dropping off the parts at my front door!!!! HUH? WOW!!!! Who does that these days? SMOKINTEX DOES, THAT'S WHO!!!!!
 
KUDOS to you and Foreman's for your product and care for customers after the sale!! Love My Smoker!!!
