Original Big Beat Pop played by members of Sleeper, Somomojo, Tug Mumbo, NightOwl and Pops Fletcher and the Hucksters. Every single song is danceable and the show is interactive. The day will get started with the great cover hits from the Big Al Wetzel Band and finish off with the Midwest's premier Chicago tribute band, Chicago Tribute Anthology. CTA produces a driving rhythm section, powerful horns, and authentic vocals that combine to recreate the sound of one of the most exciting and enduring bands of all time, Chicago!

Walworth County Bags Championship
The 2nd Annual Bags Championship will be held on the Shake the Lake grounds at 4pm on Saturday, July 29. There will be cash payouts for the top 3 teams, as well as other great prizes! There will be a trophy presentation for our 1st place winner. Our Bags Championship ticket package includes 2 tickets for Saturday’s festivities and entry for your two-person team into the tournament. You must select this ticket option to participate.

Returning for their 3rd season, Turtle Creek Chamber Orchestra continues to offer patrons a brand of eclectic classical, jazz, Broadway and show tunes. They will feature young artists from the community, students who exhibit talent with their perspective instruments, either piano or string. 

The DDHS Summer Chamber Orchestra was created to give an outlet to for high school Orchestra students to keep playing in the summer and get out in the community to perform. The group chooses a variety of music from classic to rock and from all around the world. It's all about making music and having fun doing so.

Join us for our annual car show and enjoy music by Rosie & The Rivets.

Rosie & The Rivets perform the best danceable music of the 1950's and early 1960's along with some current hits with a retro twist. Not your typical 'oldies playing oldies' band, they perform a high energy show that's fun for all ages. Rosie & The Rivets feature powerhouse vocals, skillful musicianship, tight harmonies and great stage presence. Sticklers for detail, much research went into their stage production; period correct clothes along with vintage guitars, drums, and even microphones assure you'll be in for a truly Retro-Cool experience both visually and musically!

Another of our biggest events of the year AND it's the 20th annual! This event will take up all 27 holes and begin with a shotgun start at 1pm.

Piper Road Spring Band was born into the age of rock & roll with individual backgrounds diverse as classical, cowboy, folk, blues and Dixieland. Influenced by some live performances of Doc Watson and Bill Monroe and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's release of "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" in the early 1970's, they put away the electric amps and guitars and developed a unique acoustic/bluegrass style. They never completely abandoned their musical roots and have blended Irish fiddle tunes with American country, big band, novelty and space-aged Grateful Dead inspired jams.

The band continues to swing! With their strong bond of friendship, commitment to quality musicianship and continuing support of a strong fan base, Piper Road invites you to join them as their show hits the road. The current Piper Road roster has accumulated over 100 years of experience performing together.

Ladies Must Swing is an award winning big band from Madison WI, featuring 5 saxophones, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, piano, bass, drums,,vocals (sometimes also congas and guitar. This year marks our 20th year of presenting great big band swing music as well as Latin, waltzes, polkas,, ballads - very danceable!

Gin Mill Hollow 2pm - 4pm

A Gin Mill Hollow live show will take those listening on a sonic journey through a variety of musical styles including Americana, Folk, and Bluegrass. Performing mostly original songs while playing stringed instruments of all kinds, this trio from Madison, Wisconsin merges the craft of composition with emotive lyrics as well as improvisation to deliver an engaging musical experience for the avid fan and casual listener alike.
