Maintenance Mode - No further software enhancements or new version releases planned. Software maintenance limited to bug fixes and critical updates.

End of Sale - Software no longer available for new system sales and no further software maintenance is planned. Software license capacity upgrades, options, and support agreements continue to be available for existing install base customers.
April 30, 2016
 
End of Support - Last day of technical call center support for C*CURE 800/8000. 
December 31, 2019

Note #1: While Tyco Security Products intends to support all products through their scheduled End-of-Support period, unforeseen third party technology dependencies could potentially limit supportability beyond the control of Tyco Security Products.
Note #2:  While your C*CURE 800  system may be covered by a software support agreement, the migration to  C*CURE 9000 is a separate charge; please contact MidCo today for a quote.

If you have already migrated your system to C*CURE 9000, be sure to keep current by installing the latest release.
Access to new Software House C*CURE 9000 releases and feature updates during the duration of the contract.     
Be ready for future upgrades to take advantage of new features and new OS/DB support.   
Most importantly, a Support Plan provides an Insurance Policy  for times in need.  
As a reminder, any non-supported version of C*CURE  9000 can be upgraded to a new version, as long as a valid support contract is in place*.
