Songs of Gratitude

 

Gratitude is an emotion we feel that expresses our appreciation for what we have, for something that someone has done for us, or for something someone has given us.  Studies have shown that gratitude increases our well-being and happiness.

 

When we express gratitude for the things we are thankful and grateful for, especially towards God and those we appreciate, it increases our energy, makes us more hopeful, and gives us a more positive outlook in life.

 

Tips to Express Gratitude -

  1. Keep a Gratitude Journal - write at least one new thing down each day that you are grateful for and review often.
  2. Express your Gratitude - each day, express gratitude to your family, friends, and to God.
  3. Sing or Listen to Songs of Gratitude - One of the best ways to experience gratitude is through music. Below are some of my favorite Songs of Gratitude for this upcoming Thanksgiving season:
