Spring is right around the corner and almost time to spring ahead!!! The days get longer, the weather gets warmer and it is a wonderful time to return to your original home, Nature. With all the push and pulls of life, it is very important for body, mind, and spirit to be in complete balance. Nature and the great outdoors is a great outlet for "getting out." Taking a daily walk, a hike or any movement at all that takes place outside allows us to rest, remember, reflect, reset, and rejuvenate, while disconnecting from all of the many "distractions" in our lives, and "just be" present and enjoy the life journey we are all on.
