SouperMarket Now Open in Kamm's Corners

Last week, the fourth area SouperMarket opened here. Folks braved the sub zero weather to enjoy fine hand-crafted soups, stocks, and broths at 16804 Lorain Avenue (formerly Big Daddy's Cheesesteaks).

Chef Matt and the gang continue to serve a variety of soups daily, including gluten free and vegetarian, along with a menu of salads and sides. Stop in!

We have teamed up with Bellaire-Puritas Development Corporation and the Cuyahoga County Land Bank to complete the renovation of a home at 13601 Leroy Avenue. It will be sold to a buyer who intends to move in. Build in 1952, it is approximately 907 square feet, featuring a living room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and a laundry or utility room. The home has new carpeting and paint throughout. For more details and photos, click here. To see the home, call Joseph F. Rutkowski at RE/MAX Pros at 440-925-2056.

Crosswalk Flashing Lights Boost Safety

To better alert approaching motorists to the possible presence of a pedestrian, flashing lights will soon be added to the crosswalk outside our building at 17407 Lorain Avenue, across from Kamms Plaza. Please be careful at all crosswalks. Review pedestrian safety guidelines here.
