Big city labor markets in small-town India
"Students in small-town Haryana generally lacked awareness about careers outside of their local labor market. I hypothesized that this lack of awareness may lead students to under invest in their skills," writes  Kunal Mangal, Harvard Kennedy School student, who spent winter session conducting research in India.
