Also, we would like to hear from you! Please let us know what you have found valuable as part of the Green Building Challenge program or what types of features you would like to see added. Contact us at (310) 371-7222 or by email at gbc@southbaycities.org. Your feedback is appreciated!
18th Annual
General Assembly
" Driving The South Bay's Digital Future"

In addition to the South Bay Environmental Services Center, the SBCCOG operates many programs. We hope you will join us for one of our biggest events of the year which showcase all our programs, the 18th Annual General Assembly. This free event will take place on Friday, February 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (registration opens at 8:30 a.m.)  at the Juanita Millender-McDonald Community Center in Carson. The General Assembly is one of the main venues where all of our members come together for networking and to learn about issues that will challenge cities.

The theme of this year's General Assembly is "Driving The South Bay's Digital Future". The program will explore how cities can leverage innovative technologies to increase their competitiveness in attracting and retaining businesses. Attendees will learn about the Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Homes, 24-hour city halls, telemedicine and more. Many of the technology applications which will be explored not only offer economic benefits but have the opportunity to help improve the way we live as well as the environment. Green Building Challenge participants in attendance will be recognized at the event.  It's free and open to the public but registration is required.  Register Here
