The UMass Lowell Innovation Hub’s Emerging Technology Speaker Series in Haverhill kicks off December 13. Come hear Dr. Ramaswamy Nagarajan, Professor of Plastics Engineering at UMass Lowell and Faculty Director of the HEROES Program, discuss recent developments in the design and manufacture of advanced functional materials including next-generation, functional fabrics and textiles.

Dr. Nagarajan will also discuss UMass Lowell’s recently announced Fabric Discovery Center and explore opportunities for both startups and established companies to engage with collaborative research initiatives currently underway at the University.
