Additionally, each year Raskob chooses a complementary, adult-focused charity with which to partner around the holidays. Charities in the past have included St. Mary's Center of Oakland, Alameda Meals on Wheels, and local shelters.
This year, please consider donating to Ruby's Place, a local non-profit dedicated to serving those who survive human trafficking and domestic violence. Items should be new, unopened/unused, full-sized personal hygiene products like: shampoo/conditioner, feminine hygiene products, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper, and diapers (size 3-6).
