It is a new family driven, youth guided, "wraparound" community based system of care from Positive Connections Plus in Twin Falls, Idaho. Jami is the Medical Director at Positive Connections Plus and the InteGreat! program. She is also a parent of a child with a mental health diagnosis. Jami has 18 years experience as Family Nurse Practitioner, recently specializing in children's mental health.
Based on "wraparound" service provision, the InteGreat! program offers a multitude of services including:
planning/coordination of care, medication management, parent and youth support
groups, respite care and advocacy for children and their families at home, school or in the community.
InteGreat!
offers a broad array of effective, community based services and supports
in the least restrictive environment.
