Bienvenue! Swagata! Willkommen! Kaabo! Dobredojde! Selamat Datang! Mirepres! Aloha! No matter how you say it we can't wait to welcome you to our "Knight Around the World." Join us on April 1st for a night of fellowship and fundraising for our great school. We're pulling out all the stops to help you open your wallets this year so be ready to raise those paddles during our live auction led by professional auctioneers, Chris and Susan Rasmus of Rasmus Auctions. Get in a bidding war over the Lego basket. Take a little gamble and pull a gift card for $100 to CafĂ© Oggi or snag a popcorn maker from the suitcase of souvenirs. And who will be the winner that will enjoy the quintessential Washington, DC culinary experience of dinner at Inn at Little Washington? Sample our global cuisine including Banyan Tree's chicken tikka masala, Nando's chicken wings, Dickey's pulled pork, Coyote Grille's quesadillas, Spice 6's chaat papri, Cava's pitas and dips, Thai drunken noodles, lasagna, and even more to come. You don't want to miss this event!

Get Ready for the New Online Auction!  

silver-keyboard2.jpg Have you set-up your online auction account yet? If not, go to http://tinyurl.com/Knights17 and get your account in just a few simple steps. You'll need this account to access our new online auction that will run from March 15th-24th. The online auction will be limited to items unique to our school, specifically the one of a kind experiences donated by our great faculty. Parents can also get together as a group to pool their money and bid on fun days for the child's class like Super Day or Pizza Day. We will also include items from the giving tree and a way to donate to the fund a need, which is a set of iPads. Look out for the listing of items in your Wednesday folder! Please note there will be a 2% credit card service fee added to your bill.
Class Baskets

Thank you to our generous families and great room parents for assembling some incredible class baskets for our silent auction. You might have already seen the awesome Kindergarten Lego basket on display last week. Check out the school foyer where we'll be rotating the baskets on display so you can start planning your bids. Here's what you can look forward to:

50/50 Raffle

Get out there and sell your raffle tickets! We've only had a few students turn in their sold tickets and our pot is already at about $1,000. With every family's help we can get this pot up to $20,000 and someone will walk away with a great cash prize. Send in what you have even if you're not done selling so everyone can see how quickly our pot can grow. Tickets are $10 and the winner does not need to be present. Dessert Auction

dessert_buffet.jpgCalling all bakers! We need your delicious treats for our dessert auction at the Gala. Please use the form at the attached link to confirm your dessert donation. Return forms to the office or email dessert donation information to gala@stambroseschool.org.
Ticket Sales

movie-tickets2.jpg Get your tickets now before we are sold out - we are already over half way there! Tickets are $50 per person and will be sold until March 19th. Ticket prices will then go up to $60 and will be on sale from March 20th until the day of the event or when we sell out.

Join up with friends and sponsor a table to show your extra support for the school. Your name will appear in the program as a sponsor and you will have reserved seating. Purchase your sponsorship by sending in your payment and ticket form to the school office or by purchasing online at www.silentauctionpro.com.
  • Gold Sponsorship for $750 includes 10 tickets, 2 bottles of wine or a 12 pack of beer, and 10 minutes extra to bid at the silent and dessert auctions after they close.
  • Silver Sponsorship for $500 includes 8 tickets and 2 bottles of wine or a 12 pack of beer.
  • Bronze Sponsorship for $250 includes 4 tickets and 1 bottle of wine or a 6 pack of beer.
You can purchase tickets or your sponsorship by cash or check by sending in your money along with the ticket sales form to the school office. There will also be ticket sales after mass on March 18th and 19th. You can purchase tickets by credit card online at   www.silentauctionpro.com/onlineticketpurchase.php?groupid=980. There is no 2% service charge for credit card use for ticket sales as previously indicated. This only applies to auction items purchased. Please see attached sales form and online ticket purchase instructions.
