Eggplant Parmigiana - $9.95 
Fresh eggplant floured, breaded and sauteed then layered with Parmesan, mozzarella and our tomato basil marinara sauce and baked.  Served with a side of pasta.

Pot Roast - $9.95 
Beef pot roast pan seared, then slowly cooked with onions, carrots and fresh herbs in our own gravy.   Served with mashed potatoes or our butternut squash risotto.

Dijon-Lime Chicken - $9.95 
Tender boneless chicken breasts tossed in Dijon mustard, lime juice, garlic, herbs and spices, then baked until golden brown.  Served with your choice of side dish.

White Chicken Chili - $6.95 
Available Wednesday - Saturday 
Roasted chicken simmered in our own tomato sauce with white beans, tomatoes, onions, peppers and chili spices.

Salad of the Week - $8.95 
Chicken Cobb Salad: A bed of greens topped with grilled chicken, bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese crumbles and a side of ranch dressing.

Sandwich of the Week - $8.95 
Beef Burrito: Our Mom's Chili, Spanish rice, fresh avocado and Mexican cheese on a white flour wrap.  Served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa.

Seasoned ground beef sauteed with sweet onion then layered with corn and homemade sweet and Idaho mashed potatoes.

Stuffed Peppers - $5.95 
Festive orange peppers stuffed with seasoned ground beef and rice then topped with our tomato basil marinara sauce and Parmesan.

Macaroni and Cheese - $6.95 
Pasta smothered in our own creamy 3-cheese sauce, topped with cornbread crumbs and baked until golden.

Mom's Chili - $6.95 
Seasoned ground beef slowly simmered in our tomato sauce with beans, onions, peppers and chili spices.
