Sept 19, 2017      Finger Lakes Connected
Every year, I organize a Halloween Party FUNdraiser for an important local cause. This is one FUN FUNdraiser with raffles, dancing, cash bar, DJ, AND a band after raffles close! All are welcome to attend and this year's proceeds will go towards combatting the heroin and drug epidemic locally through programming offered by the Partnership for Ontario County.  Tickets are only $10 and even if you cannot go, you can support the cause and be entered to win the grand prize overnight resort stay! But it is sooooo much fun to party in our costumes for a purpose! Please save the date...Fri, Oct 27th at the Inn on The Lake! Please reply back to this email or text me at (585)298-0116 if you'd like to contribute to the raffles with a donation gift certificate or basket. Enjoy this week's FLC!

Probiotics - An Essential for Immune Health
What are Probiotics and how do they work? Probiotics are simply defined as naturally occurring, health enhancing microorganisms, consumed as a food component or dietary supplement.
Probiotics improve the healthy balance of beneficial cultures over the bad bacteria in the intestinal tract, and strengthen immune function.

Probiotics assist with digestive issues such as gastroenteritis, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Probiotics help correct any imbalance of intestinal flora, improves regularity and consistency of stool simply by interfering with the growth of harmful pathogens (toxins) that enter your small intestine before they take hold in your system and cause distress. There are many types of Probiotics - gummy probiotics, capsules, pills and refrigerated pills - one that will meet your own particular needs.

Stop down to Canandaigua The Medicine Shoppe (66 West Ave) and ask our knowledgeable staff if Probiotics will make a difference in your health and wellness.
