With over 4,000 lbs of wood fired grills, Chef Zamarra has raised the art of grilling to a new level. Nearly everything on the menu at Mas (la grillade) is cooked over fires from hardwoods like apple, cherry, and oak. If your Dad loves to grill, he will surely appreciate the sophistication and simplicity of Chef Zamarra's cuisine. Mas (la grillade) will be open for Lunch 11:30am to 2:30pm featuring a three- course $28 prix fixe as well as our a la carte menu, and for dinner from 6pm until 11:30pm offering our a la carte menu, a four- course $68 prix fixe, and a six- course $95 chef menu. Give Dad a break from grilling this summer and let our chefs do the hard work.
Mas (farmhouse) has always been a special place to celebrate an important occasion. From our extensive selection of Burgundy and Rhone wines, to our "Special Club" Champagnes and caviar, there are plenty of options to make Dad know he's special. Mas (farmhouse) will be offering our a la carte menu, four- course $78 seasonal menu, and a six- course $115 chef menu.
