Your bike, an Indoor Trainer, a water bottle or two, a
small towel

WHAT TO EXPECT:
This year we'll be using the Carmichael Training Systems Progressive Power videos on the 2 TV screens in the shop. This is a series of 16 - 1 hour workouts that are designed specifically to improve your power on the bike.
(Note: For those of you who are HUB Spin Class veterans, Morgan won't be available to teach Spin Class this year. These videos are what his workouts were based on.)
