Three more spin classes and then the open road.Outdoor rides begin March 17th!!
Those who have been attending the spin classes can tell you these classes are 90 minutes of sweaty fun! If you are training for spring, our trip to Santa Fe (May 19th/20th) or just want some Sunday morning religion this is the place. After we'll grab coffee so have a dry outfit. I have placed the roller order and am waiting for them to arrive. We will do a roller stretch segment of the spin class and have the rollers for sale for $24 on March 4th. If you own a roller bring it on the 4th.
This week we have a switch up of coaches...Kim and Krista are out of town. David Glover (Krista's partner at Endurance Works and life) will lead our class. Yes, I am a bit nervous as this guy has completed 100 triathlons and is a heavy hitter in the coaching world, just read his bio. As if my legs aren't wiped enough after these classes! - Doors open at 8:15am, Class runs from 8:45am - 10:15am
- You will need your own bike and indoor trainer (don't have a trainer? Call Karli to see if one is available to borrow*) also bring 2 towels, a block or book for your front wheel & water.
- Dress for cycling. You do not need a helmet
- Cost: 2012 Club member $8 per class
- Non-member $15 per class
- Coaches are Krista Shultz (endurance works) & Kim Larson (BoulderFields)
