Lunch Sponsor- $5,000 one company/per day. Opportunity to make a 5 minute company introduction before lunch break, table top display, two conference passes, acknowledgement as official 'lunch sponsor' on all pre-post event marketing materials,and more.


Coffee Break Sponsor- $3,000 Exclusive to one company! Give your brand a boost as the exclusive coffee break sponsor, to include: recognition as official 'coffee break sponsor', one conference pass and ongoing branding in event promotional materials.

 
Speaker Sponsor- $2,000 per presentation. Enhance your company image by sponsoring a well-respected industry expert. Your company logo will be displayed prominently at the presentation start and you will have the opportunity to introduce the speaker and say a few words about your company.


Online Presentation Sponsor- $3,000 Exclusive to one company!  Extend your brand long after the event by having your company logo displayed on the event website download page.  Attendees will be directed to this page to access presentation downloads including audio and session handouts.

 

Conference Program- $1,000 Full Page Ad  Positions include: inside front cover, inside back cover and back cover. Limited space available, deadlines apply.

 

Lanyard Sponsor- $3,000 Exclusive to one company! Capture attention as your companies name and logo is displayed throughout the entire event. This exclusive marketing item will be offered to each conference attendee when they receive their badge.

 

Notepad Sponsor- $1,000 Exclusive to one company!  Place your logo on notepads that are given to each attendee. 

 

Pen Sponsor- $1,000 Exclusive to one company! Place your logo on pens that are given to each attendee.

Exhibition Booths- $1700
There are a limited number of exhibition booths available for companies to exhibit new technology, existing products or services to the attendees during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks; lunch breaks and other social events.
Includes: table top display, one free delegate pass; this includes admission into the exhibit conference and all meals, refreshments and social events.Additional passes available at discounted rate of $250 per person.
