License Count Update

SportsWareOnLine (SWOL) uses floating licenses. This enables you to purchase only the number of licenses needed for the peak number of users that would consecutively be using SWOL. When all licenses are in use, the next user cannot log in until one of the existing users logs out. In some situations, SWOL was not correctly checking the number of logged-in users against their license count. This would allow more users to be logged into SWOL than there were purchased licenses for. The current release corrects this.

The following document will walk you through the steps to ensure you have forced user logout rights and what will happen when a user is forced out.
