The Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP)  is now enrolling for upcoming programs, offered at no cost to veteran owned small businesses nationwide. 

VIP START, a new addition to VIP programming, accelerates the success of veteran owned small businesses into the Federal marketplace. 

VIP GROW, the flagship program of VIP, accelerates the growth of veteran owned small businesses in the federal marketplace. 
Eligibility Requirements
VIP START applicants must be 
  • An owner, principal or C-level executive for a veteran-owned small business;
  • In business for at least 1 year;
  • Company has generated revenue in the past year; 
  • Company has owner or executive that is working full-time as a W2 employee
VIP GROW applicants must be 
  • An owner, principal or C-level executive for a veteran-owned small business;
  • In business for a minimum of 2 years with 3 full time employees; and
  • A company that has experience performing on government contracts as a prime and/or sub-contractor to a prime
Curriculum
The VIP START curriculum is designed to accelerate the rate at becoming procurement "ready" to do business with the Federal government, not on teaching how to start a business. 

The VIP GROW curriculum is designed for veteran owned small businesses already in the Federal space to increase their ability to win government contracts by establishing best business practices.
