Spring Health Tips
Spring allergies are starting and may be in full force soon. The keys to beating allergies involve optimizing your digestion and immune system. A combination of an alkaline diet, specific supplements, and homeopathic/acupuncture remedies help control the allergic response. If you are still suffering from Spring allergies, please let us know. We will reevaluate and see where you may need to make changes.
With Spring, comes time to try on a new set of clothes. Shed your weight and refresh you skin. We are all having to revisit eating patterns, exercise routines, and beauty routines. For my patients over 40, remember you have to work out more and eat a lot less. If you are still having trouble losing weight, your hormones, genetics, and foods may be to blame.
For our pediatric patients, Spring can bring a lot of stress. Exams, sports, applications...the list seems endless. Help your child learn self care and stress management techniques. Breathing exercises, aromatherapy, guided imagery, and fresh air are all things we can do at home. If your child still seems "stuck" or "stressed" please let us know.
