The College of St. Scholastica - Health Information Management
Springtime again, and love is in the air! (The love of learning, that is...) Students are wrapping up their studies and preparing to spread their newfound knowledge as they join or advance in the profession. We're looking forward to seeing friends at MHIMA in April, celebrating graduation in May, and then hosting the Faculty Development Regional Meeting for Minnesota (through AHIMA) in June. It's a busy schedule, just the way we like it! Remember to look for us on social media and read our blogs in order to keep up with all of the happenings.

Cheers!

Lee Awarded St. Mary's Scholarship

David Lee, a Masters in Health Informatics student, has been awarded a 2017 St. Mary's Medical Center Auxiliary
Scholarship. To be eligible for the scholarships, students needed to be pursuing a career in health sciences. Students' demonstrated volunteer activities and financial need also were taken into consideration. Students applied for the scholarship through financial aid offices and a selection committee chose the winners. Congratulations, David!
