Chef Paul Kirk 's School of Pitmasters will be back at the Lang farm on Friday, April 4, 2014, and Saturday, April 5, 2014. Chef Paul, aka the Kansas City Baron of Barbecue, shared tips on wood, equipment, grilling time and temperature, spices, rubs and meat selection and preparation.
