Rockers United for Furry Friends (RUFF)

This Friday, March 22nd, 7:30 pm

Don't miss this Broadway-Rock cabaret, presented by Actors' Equity Association and Louisiana Theatre Initiative to help animals in need.

Enjoy a fun-filled evening of theatre on the Northshore, featuring more than a dozen prominent and well-known singers and actors from the Greater New Orleans area. The cast will be perform rock ballads and show tunes to benefit the Humane Society of Louisiana's animal protection programs.

Tickets are $20 + Donated Item for HSL

(Otherwise $30) We will happily accept all kind of pet food and supply items, but we really need dry cat food and litter.

Did you know the Humane Society of Louisiana distributes donated pet food from New Orleans area stores and donors to feral cat caretakers, wildlife rehabbers and animal rescuers? Please support this work at our spring supply drive on the Westbank and help us keep these programs in operation.

Drive continues through April 6

The most needed supplies are cat food, cat and dog treats, and cleaning supplies such as bleach and paper towels. After the hail storm that hit our sanctuary we also need tarps and zip ties. Anything donated will be used!

Our friends at Spay Mart are proud to combine efforts with the Petco Foundation to hold this educational workshop. The $10 admission at the door includes the seminar, breakfast, lunch and a trap provided by Tru-Catch. Registration must be received by April 4th by filling out a survey here.
