MULTIPLE STOPS: In an effort to make things as convenient as possible, we are offering multiple bus stops to and from Charlotte. Please use this form to indicate your PREFERRED bus stop. Please note - because of the size of the buses, you may not get your preferred stop.

 

TO CHARLOTTE: Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the listed time so we can depart on time. Each stop has a different time - look carefully! Please eat lunch BEFORE coming to the bus on Friday.

 

TO ATLANTA: On Sunday, April 26, we should be back between 3 and 5pm. Your child will be told to call/text you when we're about an hour away. On Sunday, we will stop at a fast food restaurant for lunch on our way back. Please bring $10 for lunch.

 

COST: Once we know exactly how many people are riding the bus, we will let you know the price per person. You will need to bring cash or a check made out to TBT Youth Group on Friday to the bus. Nobody will be allowed to ride the bus without paying first!

The registration deadlines and fees are as follows:

Thursday, March 19th - Wednesday, April 1st - Regular Registration Fee: $130 - Don't delay! Register in the next 24 hours!

After April 1st, we will allow registration through Wednesday, April 8th on a space-available basis. Late Registration Fee: $155
