|Greetings Baby Boot Camper! |
Happy March Baby Boot Campers!
Now that spring is almost here, it seems like winter has decided to show up! What happened to the 75 degree weather we had a couple of weeks ago?! Never fear... we have indoor locations set up for almost every class so don't let the rain keep you away.
We have a lot of awesome stuff coming your way in the next few months... a class on how to change your nutrition habits in order to lose (or maintain) weight, some fun Strollerfriends field trips, awards for our super hardworking MoLo moms, our next 5K program, and info on the launch of Kärna Fitness's first program- a 12 week Half Marathon training program!
With our recent Living Social deal that went out we have lots of new faces in class and it makes me smile. So many mingling moms sharing poop and sleepless night stories, happy & not-so-happy babies bundled up in their strollers... all out in the fresh air getting healthy. This is what it's all about for me and why I do what I do. I love Baby Boot Camp and what it helps us all do- get fit amongst other moms with the same goals while keeping our precious little babes close. What's NOT to love?
I want to hear from you! Is there something that we're doing that you love? Something we're not doing that you wish we were? Want to try a class but have been too scared too? Wish we had classes in different locations? Email me and let me know! This program is only what you make of it so your feedback is more than welcomed!
See you in class soon,
momma to Deven (19), Kora (3), Uma (1)

Living Life to the Plus+
My family has been taking Juice Plus+ since September and we have noticed more energy, more regularity, less cravings for sugar, more cravings for water, fruits, and vegetables, better skin and only ONE cold since then! Our oldest daughter Kora started preschool this year and I thought for sure, we'd all be sick a million times from here on out. Despite more than half of her class being out every day due to sickness, we have all remained healthy. Kora has also been requesting snacks like carrots/hummus and apples/peanut butter instead of things like goldfish crackers, chips, or cookies. It's blown our minds!
What is Juice Plus+?? It is very simple. It's is a combination of 25 different fruits, vegetables, and grains in capsule or gummy form- helping you bridge the gap between what you should be eating and what you actually do. Do you get 7-13 servings of 25 different fruits and vegetables every day?
For as little as $1.50 a day, you can drastically improve your body's and your family's health. Visit www.augusttakesjuiceplus.com
to see the medical studies and research and email August
to get your family on the road to better health now.
Thank you for all of your support for Baby Boot Camp-South Bay! Our program wouldn't be what it is today with out you awesome mommas! I hope to see ALL of you in class with friends this month and at our Mom's Night Out!!
See you in a class soon!

[A] Sit on the ground with your knees bent and your heels about two feet from your butt.[B] Lean slightly back without rounding your spine at all, forming a V shape with your torso and thighs. [C] Place your arms straight out in front of you, either holding a medicine ball, or with one hand on top of the other. [D] Pull your navel to your spine and twist slowly to the left. The movement is not large and comes from the ribs rotating, not from your arms swinging.[E] Inhale through center and rotate to the right. This completes one set. Do three sets of 12.
