We like to have fun with our promotions at Johnson's. Fill-A-Flat in April is always busy, it's one of those events that both the employees and customers always look forward to. Some customers even schedule time off work to come to "Flat Sale". Moonlight Madness in July, Chile Fest with Food Trucks and Beer in August are all looked forward to. Tomorrow evening, Thursday, May 5th, is Ladies Night at the stores. This event I believe is where everyone has as much fun as any event we do. Employees get to dress up, we serve snacks, share some of our own home made wine, and enjoy a margarita or three from

As you know, Johnson's is all about being local. We invite local talented musicians to entertain the crowd at Ladies Night. Back again for an encore performance is Wichita's own Joe Stumpe. Joe, a North Riverside resident, is a regular at the store. He's shared his cooking experience at several of our Green Chile events, including as a regular judge at Chile Fest as well. Being a singer/songwriter he has entertained many at past Ladies Nights. He's also a member of the Fly By Night Duo, so he stays busy performing in the area. Joe will be at the east store tomorrow evening.
Erin and Alan Craddock are the west side talent. Living in Benjamin Hills, they can be seen shopping the west store often. Both are gifted musicians, each members of different bands. Erin is a member of the
Mud Bugs Cajun Zydeco Band. Alan is a member of
Monterey Jack. Together, along with Doug Van Es they make up
The Erin Alan Project. We can't wait to hear their talent tomorrow night!
And seriously ladies, with 20% off store wide, food, beverages, live music, there is no reason not to call all your girlfriends and head to the event. The greenhouses are filled with great spring bedding plants, as well as Florida foliage to decorate your home, deck or patio. Guys, you are totally welcome to join us for Ladies night, too.
