Quote of the Week. . .

Judging others makes us blind, whereas love is illuminating. By judging others we blind ourselves to our own evil and to the grace which others are just as entitled to as we are.
                                             -- Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Thank you to all who have pledged for our ministry in 2017.  If you haven't pledged yet, please consider a pledge and email Audrey Roco at  audwee@gmail.com
Food for Thought. . .
As always, the reflection at our monthly vestry meeting was wonderfully insightful and poignant.  I hold up Kim Henderson's reflection for your review.  Enjoy!

Happy New Year to everyone.

It always amazes me how quickly the Christmas season seems to go by. It's supposed to be a time to slow down and enjoy family and friends, reflect upon the past year and look forward to the promise of new beginnings, but sometimes the busyness of life gets in the way of savoring all the precious moments.
