Yes, this is a new word that we just created. It is a mix of Spring and Winter, that is the season we are in now. While we have been experiencing some spring like weather, old man winter just does not seem to want to leave St. Germain(many of you can probably relate to not wanting to leave St. Germain). But rest assured, the real Spring is just around the corner and we are more than ready. Happy Easter to you from the St. Germain Chamber.

If you have been to St. Germain, no doubt you have experienced at least one of our restaurants, specifically a Friday Night Fish Fry.
