A couple of years ago St. John's had a whole church program that emphasized how much we love our church. We even had t-shirts made that said, "Ask me why I love my church."
This coming Sunday we all have an opportunity to tell our community why we DO love St. John's.
St. John's will be present at
Northampton Days from 10 AM - 4 PM when we will meet folks from the surrounding area and spread the word that St. John's is a wonderful church. Please consider joining us in this mission opportunity. Let everyone know "Why We Love Our Church!"

- Training: Family Promise will be conducting their first Volunteer Training Session on Sunday, May 6th from 2-4:30pm. This will be ideal for all new volunteers, as well as anyone who feels they would like a refresher. The meeting will be held in the school building at Assumption BVM, 1900 Meadowbrook Rd, Feasterville, 19053. The school building is located adjacent to the church.
- Funding: Family Promise reached their target goal of the amount of funds needed to reopen. Thank you to all who donated! Continued support is needed, donations can be made at www.fplb.org
- Day Center: Delta Community Supports has continued to hold space available for FPLB at the Woodbourne Road location under a long-term, reasonable cost lease plan.
- Congregations: A majority of the congregations from the network plan to continue as host/support congregations and they have a few new congregations as well.
- Director: They have begun the search for a new director, and have already received numerous resumes and are reviewing to identify the most qualified candidates.
