St. John's Parish School of Religion 2017-2018 Registration

Dear Parents,

Your children in K4-High School should be registered for the 2017-2018 Religious Education class year. If you have not done so...

Please help us with our planning for next year by registering and submitting fees now.

Registrations received after May 25th will incur a $10 late fee per child.

If you are a Mercy Parish parishioner your children K4-high school will now receive their faith formation to include sacramental prep at Mercy Parish. If you have registered for RE 2017-2018 at St John's but your child will attend Mercy kindly send us an email so we can withdraw your child/children to accurately order materials for next year.

Please click  HERE  and follow the links for instructions to register and submit fees online. This is also a good time to make sure your contact info is correct and update any special needs your child may have. Registration is online only, for assistance please contact Lisa Mason in the RE office at 256-722-7929 ext. 108 or by email  lmason@stjohnbchurch.org  .

Rising 9th graders must register for sacramental prep classes for Confirmation I and Life Teen.  St John's has a two year prep for Confirmation, beginning in the 9th grade and culminating in the spring of 10th grade year with the Confirmation Mass celebrated by the Bishop. Rising 10th graders must register for Confirmation II and Life Teen. Confirmation prep includes Confirmation Class and Life Teen attendance both years. More information can be found  HERE  on the parish website.

*Note: The RE office will need a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate for Confirmation Prep and all second graders who will receive First Holy Communion.

We pray you are having a safe and enjoyable summer! Please click  HERE  for the Partners in Faith summer activity calendar. There is a faith-based activity for every day of the summer.
