Dear (Contact First Name),

Hot Lunch Announcement:
We will be switching back to the ChoiceLunch hot lunch program beginning Monday, November 2nd. We will send home information soon about how to register with this program. Meanwhile, we will finish out all existing orders through October with LunchMaster. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we transition.

Planning Ahead:
Happy October!  As we are getting close to Halloween, please plan ahead if you would like to volunteer in the classroom or join us for Halloween activities.  To enter the classrooms, every adult must complete the safe environment training and submit a certificate of completion and $8.00 payment to the school office.  To complete this important safety training, please log onto shieldthevulnerable.org and complete the training module.

Costumes:
Please choose appropriate costumes for school. Costumes may not include blood, gore or weapons.  Students should not wear costumes that are too revealing or too short.  Please be aware that it is a regular school day in the morning, and students should wear rubber soled shoes as they do for free dress days.  No high heels or plastic princess play shoes.

WASC Survey
:
Your input is very important in this process, and we hope to get participation from every family.  Please complete your survey ASAP.  The link will close on Friday, October 9th.  Anyone who prints a confirmation of completion of the survey will receive one parent service hour and a free dress pass for October 13th.    WASC PARENT SURVEY

Community Discount Cards:
Community Discount Card sales have ended. The total payment
of $100 was due on September 28th. All families will be billed for unpaid fundraising commitments and outstanding merchandise.
Even if you have not picked up your discount cards, you will still be billed $100 for the cost of the cards under your fundraising agreement on the tuition contracts.

St. Vincent De Paul Friends of the Poor Walk
Thank you to everyone who came out and participated in the
St. Vincent De Paul Friends of the Poor Walk on Sunday.
