Registration for 2016.2017

              We are receiving new registration forms every day.  Thank you to those who are completing those.  For the first time, we also have new students and families completing applications online.  We have a family from Connecticut who has completed enrollment through our new website.

              We want you to be a part of our exciting new year - please complete forms as soon as possible.

One great feature of our online application and enrollment is that each student receives a date and time stamp on their form.  As we fill classes on a first come - first served basis, it will be easy to determine the order of applications.

 We have computers available to assist you with the registration process and to assist you with the Hope for the Future Scholarship Application.  Please call to set an appointment.

 

Baseball and Softball

              The baseball and softball teams will play Our Lady of Perpetual Help School on Tuesday, April 19 ^th, starting at 4:30 p.m.  The boys will play at Oak Crest Park, and the girls will play at Lady Bird Johnson Park.  This is your last chance to see the Apaches play a game in Fredericksburg.

 

Thursday Mass

              Our students will attend Mass on Thursday, April 21 ^st.  Students should wear Mass day uniforms. We invite parents to join us for the Mass at 8:00 a.m.  The readings for the day can be found at:  http://usccb.org/bible/readings/042116.cfm

             

Chaplet of Divine Mercy

              Our students will gather in church at 3:00 p.m. on Mondays to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.  We invite you to join us.  We have scheduled this activity to reinforce the Year of Mercy declared by Pope Francis.

Hill Country Honor Band

              Our band students will participate in tryouts Wednesday, April 20th, to earn a place in the Hill Country Honor Band.  The tryouts will be in Harper on Wednesday afternoon.

 

Mother Son Dance

              Our parish has scheduled our first Mother Son Dance for Friday, April 22 ^nd, in the Holy Family Center.  Tickets are available in the office - the cost is $10/couple now and $15/couple at the door.  Additional attendees are $5 per person.

 

Yearbook Sale

              This year's books will have pictures of all students and lots of pictures of school activities.  You may place your order online at:  http://ybpay.lifetouch.com   Softcover books are now $25 and hardcover books are no longer available.

 

Scrip Cards

              Thank you for supporting our school by purchasing Scrip cards.  Thanks especially to those parents who are able to help us with weekend sales at church.

Scrip Card Sponsors for Drawing

              We need sponsors for the monthly Scrip card drawing.  The sponsorship is $100 for any of the months of the year.  Please call the school office if you would like to help with this as an individual or a business.

 

Parish Blood Drive

              We have a blood drive coming up on Sunday, April 24 ^th - please see details here.  Please consider donating blood - we have a great need!

 

Seventh Grade Fund-Raiser

              Our seventh grade families want to have a memorable graduation dance for our 36 eighth graders.  There are two fund raisers scheduled for this week:  Friday is a "free-dress by donation" day. If students bring a donation to their teacher on Friday morning they will be able to wear casual clothes instead of their uniform.  A $1.00 minimum - hopefully a little more.

              The seventh graders will also be having a popsicle sale after school on Friday.

 

MaiFest Paddle Wheel Prizes

              Our PTC is starting to collect paddle wheel prizes for our May 27 ^th MaiFest.  Please contact Brandi Seegers or Suzanna Sanchez for more information.
