May 9

We recognized our student athletes at the awards ceremony at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 9 ^th, in the gymnasium. 

Scholastic Book Fair/ Buy One, Get One Free Book Fair!

May 9 to 13

We will be having our annual Buy One, Get One Free Scholastic Book Fair the week of May 9-13 in room 1 of the elementary building. Students will have the chance to visit the book fair with their classes, as well as during lunch and after school. Parents are always welcome too! In addition, students in 1st-8th grades who have earned AR points will be able to "spend" those points on free books!

 

PTC Meeting

May 11

The final meeting of the year of our PTC will be Wednesday, May 11 ^th, at 6:30 pm in the gymnasium.  Child care will be provided on the playground - please join us!

 

Apache Academic Awards

May 16

We will recognize our student's academic achievements at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16 ^th, in the Holy Family Center.

Thursday Mass

              Our students will attend Mass on Thursday, May 12 ^th.  Students should wear Mass day uniforms. We invite parents to join us for the Mass at 8:00 a.m.  The readings for the day can be found at:  http://usccb.org/bible/readings/051216.cfm

 

Registration for 2016.2017

We are receiving new registration forms every day.   We have computers available to assist you with the registration process and to assist you with the Hope for the Future Scholarship Application.  Please call to set an appointment.

             

Chaplet of Divine Mercy

              Our students will gather in church at 3:00 p.m. on Mondays to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.  We invite you to join us.  We have scheduled this activity to reinforce the Year of Mercy declared by Pope Francis.

 

Scrip Cards

              Thank you for supporting our school by purchasing Scrip cards.  Thanks especially to those parents who are able to help us with weekend sales at church.

Talent Show

MaiFest Paddle Wheel Prizes

Our PTC is starting to collect paddle wheel prizes for our May 27 ^th MaiFest.  Please contact Brandi Seegers or Suzanna Sanchez for more information.

Golf Tournament

May 21

2016 Tony Knopp Memorial Invitational Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, May 21. Please register in the office to play. EVERYONE is invited to the party the night before. Join us at Wildseed Farm for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, music and fun on Friday, May 20 from 6:30-8:30pm. Come out and enjoy this new addition to the Golf weekend whether you are playing or not. Student Council Can Drive Results

We had a great response to our spring aluminum can recycling drive.  The students collected 1,140 pounds of cans, and earned $227.00 for our school.  First place winners were Mrs. Crenwelge's Kindergarten; second place winners were Mrs. Vorauer's and Mrs. Weinheimer's 4K class; third place winners were Mrs. Adams' and Mrs. Klein's 4 ^th grade class.  Congratulations!  Thank youj for your support!

 

Teacher Appreciation Committee Thank You

We have had an awesome committee working all year long to honor, recognize and treat our teachers and staff.  We have enjoyed faculty meeting lunches and special occasion breakfasts, birthday gifts, and surprise treats throughout the year.  Thank you and God bless!
