St. Paul Lutheran Church Weekly E-mail
Your Weekly News and Calendar Update!
Dear {First Name},

Today marks the beginning of our Lenten journey.  Many will give up something for Lent.  Like new years resolutions, what we give up often does not last.  This year for Lent, I am not giving something up, but rather taking something on.  I plan to eat  healthier or for the sake of Lent, I am giving up eating poorly!

Whatever you choose to do this Lent, make sure it helps you grow in your spiritual life.  For me, eating healthier is taking care of the body God has given me.   Being healthier is a key component to a wholistic approach on spirituality.

What will you do for Lent?  Let me know by clicking on my name and sending me a note so that I can pray daily for you and your journey.

Go with God,
