Adopt Me

Annie is a loving, gentle little girl who would make a wonderful companion for anyone with a little time and a place in their heart for an exceptional dog. Annie, who is a small Beagle, is older but has lots of energy and although she has trouble seeing, can navigate her surroundings just fine thank you very much. She has special needs but that doesn't stop her from enjoying her life. She will shower anyone with lots of licks and kisses willing to cuddle on the couch and spoil her.

Adopt Me

Hi!  I'm Minx, I'm a quiet cat who loves to cuddle up on the couch with you. I love to play and I like other cats, I also like dogs as long as they don't chase me. I can be a little shy and take awhile to warm up to new friends. I think I would do best in a quiet home, and will be fine with children that understand that I do not like to be picked up. I'd love to live in a family setting where I can have some me-time. I currently live in a foster home with 2 kids, 2 other cats, and 3 dogs.  I'd love to find my forever home with you!

Microchipping at Bentley's Pet Stuff

Microchip Event
Bentley's Pet Stuff in Hudson
Sunday, November 6
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Please stop by the new Bentley's Pet Stuff location in Hudson (at 1051 Pearson Drive, Lot 3, Hudson, WI 54016).

SCAF offers dog and cat microchipping for only $25, which is our cost, as a public service. Microchip clinics are held at selected events including our annual Raise the "Woof" Animal Walk every June. There is no limit to the number of pets in a household that can be microchipped through SCAF.
Our microchips are purchased from Merck, a pharmaceutical company, and we utilize HomeAgain Pet Recovery Services for microchip registration.

The microchip is about the size of a grain of rice and is injected under the skin of the animal's back at the shoulders. After the microchipping, SCAF registers the microchip's unique ID number with the HomeAgain database. If your pet is lost, a scanner, usually at a shelter or a vet clinic, reads the chip information.  Your pet's ID can be traced via the database so the shelter or vet can contact you.

HomeAgain's call center is open 24/7, 365 days a year.  You will receive an invitation to sign onto their website to add a description and photograph of your pet to more accurately validate the identification. Your $25 registration fee covers standard services from Home Again. It never expires for the life of your pet and there are no other fees for this basic service. The $25 microchip registration fee is payable to SCAF at the time of service.
