Far from home

Student Accommodation needed!

A young woman from an Anglican parish in British Columbia is moving to Ottawa for September, to attend Saint Paul University and take the counselling and spirituality master's program. She is hoping to find a furnished room with a shared kitchen and an available parking space for around $500/month.

Her self-description reads: "I am a fairly quiet person who values having some personal space and likes to maintain my sense of independence, so as long as I can do that I am open to living with anyone."

She would like to live in a home with 4 rooms or less.

If you can be of assistance, please contact Laura, our Administrator office@stjohnsottawa.ca

Would you like to be part of a St John's Team for the 5 km Walk/Run on Sunday, September 17th at 8 am?   If so, be in touch with Jerry via email: jerry_kovacs@yahoo.ca

The Canada Army Run is about Canadians and the Canadian Armed Forces – Air Force, Army, and Navy – joining together in the spirit of camaraderie and community. It's a chance for the troops to extend the military esprit de corps to Canadians and to thank them for their support. It is also an opportunity for Canadians to say thanks to the men and women who serve them in so many ways at home and abroad.
